- How much is a custom case?
- Every case is $20.00 NZD, flat. Shipping within New Zealand is $6.50 urban or $10.00 rural, and free on orders over $60.00.
- Do you ship outside New Zealand?
- Not yet — we currently print and ship within New Zealand only. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 days of being confirmed.
- How do I pay?
- There's no payment online. When you submit a design we email you to confirm the order and arrange payment and delivery before anything is printed.
- What photo quality do I need?
- Photos straight from a modern phone work well. We print at 300 DPI, so the higher resolution your photo, the sharper the result — very small or screenshotted images can look soft.
- Which phones do you support?
- Every iPhone from iPhone X through iPhone 16, each sized to its exact print area. Pick your model on the home page to start designing.
- Where are the cases made?
- You design them, and we print and ship them from New Zealand.
- Can I return a case?
- Because each case is custom printed to order, we can't take change-of-mind returns. If a case arrives faulty or not as designed, we'll replace it or put it right under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Can I come back to my design later?
- Yes. Your design saves automatically as you work. Use 'Save & copy link' to get a link that reopens it on any device, and find everything you've made under My designs.
